Quality inspection process
How does Cekno start the quality inspection process ?
To ensure that every customized garment meets the highest quality standards, we have carefully designed a comprehensive and meticulous quality inspection process. Here is an overview of our quality inspection process:
1. Inspection of purchased fabrics
Check the quality, color, texture, shrinkage rate, color fastness and other key indicators of the fabric to ensure that there are no defects, color differences or damages.
2. Size of cutting bed and machine inspection
Use high-precision measuring tools to check the dimensions of the cutting machine, ensuring that each piece of cutting meets the design requirements. At the same time, regular inspections and maintenance should be carried out on the cutting machine to ensure stable performance.
3. Inspection of cutting process
Check if the splices of the cut pieces are flat, without wrinkles or loose threads, to ensure that the process details meet the quality requirements.
4. Suture inspection
Check the tension, spacing, color, etc. of the suture to ensure that the quality of the suture meets the design requirements, without breakage or needle skipping.
5. Sampling inspection of finished products
Sample inspection of finished products based on production quantity. For products with less than 300 pieces, conduct one-on-one inspection; For products larger than 300 pieces, sampling inspection shall be conducted according to a certain proportion. The inspection includes aspects such as appearance, size, functionality, etc.
6. Packaging and shipping number, address inspection
Check if the product packaging meets the requirements and ensure that the packaging materials are not damaged or contaminated. At the same time, verify the transportation tracking number, shipping address, and other information to ensure that the product can be accurately delivered to the customer’s hands.
7. Shipping Supervision
Supervise the shipping process to ensure that products are neatly stacked and securely fixed, avoiding collisions or squeezing during transportation.
8. Regarding Compensation
- When quality problems are found with products before shipment, we will replace them for you free of charge.
- When you discover quality issues within 12 days of receiving the goods and provide relevant evidence, we will arrange for a customer representative to replace or compensate you.
