Prior to this, we will discuss details such as craftsmanship, pricing, and samples. Once the price and samples meet your satisfaction, we will replicate the samples for mass production.
If there is a problem, Cekno promises to replace or compensate for it free of charge.

Basic services

Customers provide samples, fabrics, and accessories themselves. We are responsible for OEM production, including quality inspection and door-to-door delivery. Or choose our existing fabrics, patterns, and accessories from our factory.

Creative sorting service

For customers who do not have any technical packages, samples, or designs provided, we can create technical packages, dimensions, and models for them. A portion of the service fee needs to be charged.

How to start the service

1. Assign a customer representative

To ensure the smooth progress of each project, we will assign a dedicated customer representative to each client

2. Communication details

Before officially starting production, we have in-depth communication with our customers to ensure that all details are confirmed.

3. Confirm the process before production

Determine all production details, including process, fabric, weight, labeling, design, and dimensions.

4. Determine the transportation method for the sample

After confirming all details, we will make samples and provide them for customer review through videos, photos, or direct shipping. We will discuss and select appropriate transportation methods to ensure that samples and final products can be delivered to customers on time and in good condition

After receiving your design requirements, we will first confirm the details with you, including fabric, style, size, and other special requirements. Then, we will make samples based on the confirmed details. After the sample is completed, we will provide it to you for review through photos, videos, or mail. You can provide modification suggestions until you are satisfied.

Once the sample is confirmed by you, we will enter the formal production stage. The mass production process includes the following steps:

Production scheduling: We will schedule production based on the delivery date you have determined and inform you of the production progress in advance.

Delivery and Logistics: After confirming the quality of the product, we will arrange shipment according to the transportation method you have chosen to ensure timely delivery.

Production process monitoring: During the production process, we conduct regular sampling inspections to ensure that the products are manufactured according to requirements.
Finished product inspection: After production is completed, we will conduct a comprehensive quality inspection of all finished products, including appearance, size, functionality, sewing, and other aspects.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is usually 100 pieces per size, but may vary depending on the type of product, fabric, and production requirements. If your order quantity is small, please feel free to contact us and we can discuss different solutions to ensure that your needs are met.
